CC&R’s | Maui Meadows Neighborhood Association

Maui Meadows was actually developed and sold as three separate subdivisions. Because of that there are three separate sets of CC&R’s. The earliest applies to the first subdivision filed, which essentially comprises the lower portion of Maui Meadows. The second set a applies to the middle section, and the final set to the upper portion.

All first two sets are absolutely identical. The final set, applying to the highest section, differs only in having one added requirement. Lot owners who’s properties adjoin the ranch are required to maintain a cattle proof fence.
