The Maui Meadows Neighborhood Association (MMNA) was established in 1999 in order serve all Residents of Maui Meadows, not just the home owners who had been represented by the Maui Meadows Homeowners Association.  In 2008, the former Maui Meadows Homeowners Association merged with the Maui Meadows Neighborhood Association.


Having one Association that represents all the Residents of the neighborhood has been important in having a voice with the County of Maui on issues that impact our quality of life. Some of those issues have been: limiting the number of Short Term Rental Homes in Maui Meadows; maintaining adequate firebreaks; requests for service (RSF) regarding safety issues on vacant parcels; providing input on Honua’ula (aka Wailea 670); protection of our Rural Zoning;  providing information to residents regarding our CC&Rs; and advising who to contact to resolve problematic situations in our neighborhood.
